Frequently Asked Questions

General guidance about our shop and logistics services. Where something depends on your shipment, we say so — specific acceptance, pricing and documents are confirmed after an enquiry.

General Information

We run two connected services: an online shop for selected African food products, spices and other goods, and a logistics service that coordinates parcels and commercial shipments — including for customers who don’t buy from the shop.

Our principal routes are Cameroon–USA, USA–Cameroon, Cameroon–UAE and UAE–Cameroon. See Shipping Routes. For other destinations, send an enquiry and we’ll confirm whether we can help.

Use the contact page. For shipping prices, the quote form is quickest.

E-commerce and Orders

Browse the shop, add items to your cart and check out. Online checkout opens once the store setup is complete; until then, product enquiries can be sent through the contact page.

Shop orders can be shipped through our logistics service where the destination accepts the product. Food products in particular depend on destination-country rules.

See Returns and Refunds. Food and perishable products have specific conditions.

International Shipping

Tracking availability depends on the shipment and the carrier used. Where tracking is available for your shipment, we will tell you when arrangements are confirmed. [Company to confirm]

Collection and door-to-door delivery are not offered as standard. If they can be arranged for your shipment, we confirm it after reviewing your enquiry.

Food and Agricultural Products

No. Acceptance depends on the product, how it’s processed and packaged, and the destination country. Meat, fish, fresh produce, seeds and oils are often restricted. Please enquire before preparing a food shipment.

Fresh produce may need phytosanitary certificates, import permits and temperature control. Feasibility is confirmed per shipment. See Cameroon to UAE.

US rules vary by product and may include prior notice, permits, inspection or refusal. See Cameroon to USA.

Customs and Documentation

Commonly: an itemised contents list, a commercial invoice or proof of value, and — for certain goods — permits, certificates of origin, phytosanitary or health certificates. We confirm what applies after review.

Customs brokerage is not advertised as a standard service. We explain the requirements we’re aware of for your shipment and confirm in writing any clearance support that can be arranged.

Duties and taxes are set by the destination authorities. Who pays them is agreed when your shipment is confirmed. See the Shipping Policy.

Pricing and Delivery

Usually by weight or volume, route, transport mode, the type of goods and any documentation or handling. We confirm a price after reviewing your enquiry.

Any timeframe we give is an estimate unless confirmed in writing. Inspections, customs and carrier schedules can cause delays.

No. An enquiry is not a booking. Nothing proceeds until arrangements are confirmed and you agree.

Business and Commercial Shipments

Yes. Use the business enquiry form to share volumes, frequency and routes.

We can discuss delivery coordination for your orders on our routes. Fulfilment support is confirmed case by case.

Use the contact page and include your enquiry or order reference.
